So I've been stuck at the same weight for months now. I'm happy where I am, but would still like to lose more before the wedding.
Well, yesterday started out good. I had egg whites for breakfast, salad for lunch. When dinner came around I was starving. I ate a package of Ramen Noodles cuz I didn't want to wait any longer. I was STILL hungry.
What did I do?
I said out loud, 'Forget the diet, I'm hungry!'
I went to the freezer, filled up a ginormous bowl with ice cream and ate it. It tasted so good!
I just got on the scale.
I lost 2 pounds yesterday.

BTW- isn't the body a funny thing?? I was doing so well on my diet last week I didn't want to go out this past saturday night since it meant I would drink/eat out.
FH wanted to go out so we met some of my friends and I told him 'i'm having ONE drink.'
Of course one led to SIX and drunken yummies and the next morning I was also 2 lbs lighter!!! I know it was mostly dehydration lol but it was nice anyway

LOL.. But seriously if you want an effective diet try mymedifast1.com I'm been on this diet on and off (vacation purposes haha) and it actually works. You can even follow them on FB I love this diet because they have forums just like here where you can talk to ppl starting the diet as well as others who has had tremendous success...
