Found our wedding rings!

FH and I went into the city today to our 'diamond guy' who made my e-ring..We picked out our wedding bands!! He is going to start making them, they should be ready in about 3 weeks. No pics just yet, you'll have to wait for that!

Fh's ring is white gold, a mix of shiny & brushed metal, the jeweler called the style the 'Rolex' b/c it resembles the links of a metal Rolex band...does that make sense?? FH loved it so much, as did I, and I've never seen a man's wedding band that looks like that.

My ring is a diamond eternity band in platinum. All round diamonds. I think the total carat weight is like 1.75. Holy bling!!

We are so excited, we wish we could wear them like now!!

I'm gonna pay for both rings with my tax return money. Holla!

Haha whats funny is before we got engaged, I wasn't a huge jewelry girl, aka diamonds and gemstones (I have some stuff from Tiffany's and a nice strand of pearls, thats about it)..
I was more of a purse kinda gal...

And then we got engaged and I am all about the diamonds!

AND...I picked out a nice sparkly diamond necklace for my 30th birthday, which is March 7...more on that, lets hope FH gets it for me, so stay tuned.

I plan to wear them together, the wedding ring is thicker than the band on my e-ring, so I can wear it alone also. I like options!
