Found 'THE DRESS' thanks to you guys! =)
Until today, I had a very narrow idea of what I wanted- MUST be satin, simple, no pickups, no tafetta, must be ballgown, a -line silhouette, etc.
But then I posted the 'Show me your dress' thread- and everyone responded with such a diverse and stunning collection of dresses. It got me out of my narrow mindset and opened my mind to trying on something other than my 'vision'.
I went dress shopping today- probably the sixth dress place I went to. And I found 'the one'. It was EVERYTHING I said I didn't want- and I loooove it! I 'thought I hated tafetta AND pick-ups- well, surprise surprise, my dress has BOTH! =)
So ultimately, thank YOU guys!!
