Our reception is the Garden Terrace Room. Our cocktail is I believe the Brian Fox. I know there won't be enough seats for everyone, but how many people can fit comfortbaly in that room for cocktail hour? We are inviting 300 people, but I know we won't have 300 people.

My minimum is 200 and I too have the same concerns. YEArS ago I went to a wedding at Fox Hollow and I remember being uncomfortable during the CH b.c it was sooooo crowded. Not sure how many people she had....prob 200. It stinks that I didn't remember this when I booked. lol. But the garden terrace was very comfortable....not sure about 300 though

I have 256 invited my min is 200. I have Briar Fox for CH & Garden Terrace for Reception. I knwo we will ave at least 225 at our wedding. I hear Briar Fox will fit about 180 nicely. I figure some people may ntomake the CH & if tehy all do I guess they will make do with whatever seating is available. For you if you have 300 u may want to ask how the expect to fit them all in that room. In fact Garden Terrace may be a little tight too. I know it fits 250 nice.
