do they have them? or do i have to put them together myself?

They usually have someone in the bathroom. I have been there 2x. One time there was no one in there and the other there was. But the bathroom is shared by both parties.

Yes they had them by the sinks.

Most Halls do have a basket. But if they dont you can put an inexpensive one together for both the gals and guys
