Is Fox Hollow flexible on their minimums for a Sat or Sun afternoon wedding? I was thinking of going to look at the Winter Garden room but I think they want 100 person minimum. I know Jericho Terrace was willing to bend the minimum for me but I need to know if Fox Hollow is flexible too. I don't feel like driving out there and liking it if it's not something we may be able to do. Have any of you girls had a wedding, booked a wedding or been to wedding that had under 100 guests? Thanks!!!

On the same line of thought, do you think that room would be good for a party of 60-75 people or is it too big??

They may work with you if it's off season or they can't find anyone to take a date. For a Sat night they'll require you to give at least 150 a minimum, I don't think they'd go lower.

My RH is the Fox Hollow. I am having my reception in the Winter Garden Pavillion and my minimun is 110. I am having 150 guests though. But if my minimum is 110, I'm sure they lower it for you. HTH.

Thanks. I don't think I'm going to go. I doubt they will lower it to 50-60 minimum and I'm pretty sure they will be above my $65pp limit.

i don't remember for sure but we looked at FH and was told the minimum in the WG was 110 too... They are very cool there. I think they'll be flexible.

Our minimum for WGP is 110 but I'm hoping they'll work with us a bit because I knew we wouldn't get 110 people from our small families…going for menu meeting on tuesday and see what can be upgraded or added
