I went to the Fox Hollow last night and we were told that if we wanted to have a Friday night wedding in the Winter Garden Pavilion that the cocktail hour had to start at 8:30pm and then the party would end at 1:30am which I think is a little bit late for my guests. We asked if we could move the time up and he said that we could have it start at 7:30pm but only if we book the 'new under construction room'. Has this happened to anyone else? I don't understand why we can't move it to 7:30 if no one else is booked for that time right now.

They have set times for each of the rooms because they do not want too much traffic coming in and leaving at the same time, want to avoid brides and guests running into each other during the event as well as during pictures before and so there is not too much going on when they are serving each of the parties. For each room and day they set these times and they really do not change them. Hope this helps!

Thank you. I'm a little upset that it has to be so late but I guess its just something else to consider. I feel like my head is going to explode!
