Fox Hollow Brides 08er needs help

Hi 07 Fox Hollow Brides,

We are all wondering on the 08 board what the timeline is like for planning the details of the day - linens, food choices, etc.

Does the Fox Hollow call you or do you call them? About how long before the wedding?

A few of us also are wondering if our banquet manager is the same person as the one who sold us the event, in my case, my salesman has left, so I have no idea who my banquet manager is?

Our wedding is almost four months away exactly and we have not done or menu, linens, etc. I was told that they w ill contact me 2 months before the wedding. I am a little on the OCD side lol so I am going to call them when we are approachign the 2 month mark to set the date and time to make all those important decisions!

Also the BM who I booked with is no longer there
so I am not sure about that. I am going tog et a new one regardless.

Fox Hollow will contact you as it is time for everyting they are great. A few months before the wedding I got a letter with paperwork to fill out. As the letter said I called and made my appt with Jennifer. She is the one that goes over all of your linins and menus. She asks about where you are taking pictues and sets up a bit of a time line for you. She gives you more paperwork. You have to call about 2 weeks before the wedding (they will give you a date at you meeting with Jenn) with your final head count, They will go over how much money you owe and set up your final appt the week of your wedding. The final appt is usually mon-wed of the week of your wedding. You bring all of you stuff to them in boxes (count what you have because they will ask) I gave them my final payment and final instructions for setting up the room. They marked all the the boxs and that was it. They day of the wedding you show up and enjoy every minute because they are amazing and take care of everything!! Any questions please FM me!!

ps the bm i booked with was not who I meet with. They are all great so dont worry!!

We are not having regualr centerpieces. We are having hurricanes and votives adn bud vases which will each have a couple of tulips in them. Do you think they will set this all up for me or will I have to have my mom and sister do it with me?

Also, there is a cocktail hour right before my reception, so when would we set it up? I don't want us missing my cocktial hour to do it obviously...
