Fox Hollow brides

Quick question for the FH brides having their reception in the Briar Fox...Can someone refresh my memory on the number of people that room holds. TIA

Re: Fox Hollow brides

Whn I booked our wedding they told me the Briar Fox held 250 max BUT the web page says 240 max...oddly enough when I told them I'd have at least 225 min they said I needed the Garden Terrace!?

You might wanna call to speak with a banquet manager & confirm.

Thanks!! Even at max. capacity that seems way too high for the Briar Fox. So, I guess with 175 I would be fine.

Yeah I think 175 is fine. I went to a wedding in that room & she had 180 people. It was just perfect.

I was going to get that room, but I fell in love with the garden tearrace ( Iam clausterphobic sp???) I needed the windows. 175 in the briar would be perfect any more you would have to put too many people on a table and it would be too tight.

The garden terrace is beautiful, especially since it was redone. We are getting married in the winter garden pavillon. Talk about needing windows. lol. It is a great place!

Oh my gosh! That's the same reason we booked the room! I had to have the windows!! My FI & I neded light & windows & the winter garden was too small. I'm glad I love the BF too since we get it if it rains - best of both worlds! When she told me there was 25 person difference to get the Garden terrace from the Briar Fox room I immediatly started talking about a million other people we still had to 'add' to our list! Now I'm glad we have it because my min is 200 & my list is at 280 with 30 more to add...def. time to cut back...way back!

we are in the garden terrace (ceremony and reception). We talked them down to a guarantee of 200 (it is winter), but we have a list of way more than that

I am so excited that there are so many Fox Hollow brides. I have my CH in the Winter Garden Pavillion and My reception in the Briar Fox. The room holds a max of 240 but that is if you have no dance floor. They told us between 180 and 190. I think we are inviting 190 so we should be good.

Re: Fox Hollow brides

Hi girls, My Fh and I had dinner at Fox Hollow tonight because we are getting married 1 year from today!!!! It was really nice, After dinner, we found Mel , the manager, and he let us peak into a wedding in the garden terrace, it looked beautiful, we only looked in for 2 minutes but they had really nice tall centerpieces, white and pink, a band which sounded great, and I couldnt really see anything else, but glad we went, just thought I'd fiill those in who have the garden terrace room.
