Girls I'm meeting with the Party Planners tomorrow - any information on what happens?

We're (me, FI, Mom, and FMIL) also going to have dinner at the Rose Hunt restaurant to get a feel (or taste actually!) for the food. I'll take lots of pics of everything I can imagine and post.
