Fox hollow brides...

FH and I did our menu last night and seriosuly FH is freakin awesme!!! You can't imagine how many things we have to select from! Jennifer is so helpful and fun! I was so happy ! We got the seafood boat with lobster tails as an extra bc we are all big seafood eaters but with all the stuff we have to select form there is so much food!

Well we had to pay extra per person for the seafood boat but it is so worth it, but when we booked with that they gave us a free mini viennese. The only thing thrown in is the chocolate fountain but that is b/c we are bringing our own cake. She is accomidating with picking from the various stations for CH doesn't make you stick to the 2 per station. You do the linens at the final meeting. She is sooo helpful! She really put me at ease.
LOVE IT THERE!!!!

that was definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding planning process...picking the menu!!! Jennifer & Fox Hollow were great!! People are still talking about how good the food was!!!

my reception is in the briar fox....how many people are you inviting? our minimum is 130 and we're almost at 175!!!!!!!!!!

i met with Jennifer about 2 weeks ago...she is a sweetheart. we were going to get the seafood boat but because we're so high above our minimum my mom said NOPE! oh well...there will be plenty of food anyway....b/c we're so much higher than we guaranteed i thought they'd throw something in (chair covers?) and they said NO! err...

we invited 165 and our minimum is 130 also.. we loved the room so much, but we keep thinking that we hope its not too small. im so worried about it
are you using round or oval tables??? im not sure what we are doing with that either.

wow, im actually suprised they havent given you the bigger room. . did they even tell you what the max was?? i dont remember.
the dance floor is big, which is good!! if you are able to do it, i think round tables would take up less space.

they told us the max was 185....hopefully we'll be OK! my mom was thinking all the out of towners weren't going to be able to make it....she was wrong the dance floor is pretty big....im sure we can figure something out....maybe put an additional guest or two at a table....we shall see...we need about 10 more cards back...then we can start the seating chart and figure out what we're going to do! the bigger room is booked that night.... yeahhh maybe we can do round tables instead....like maybe 8 tables of 12 on one side....and 7 on the other....

that stinks the other room was booked but, yea i would try to do something like that with the tables.. maybe 12 at the rounds. i love how the room does have 2 sides for tables to go.
