Have you all used the recommended vendors? If so, did you find that they were affordable? I am sure the service is high quality...just scared the prices will be a little bit too high for my budget?! Thanks, Nancy

Hi there- didnt know who this comment was directed to .. deems they reformatted these pages & haven't gotten the hang of it yet... I was a FH bride..and did NOT use any of their vendors.. Found better deals on my own..& a photg that more closely matched my style..through family. Don't be afraid to ask/mention to fam & friend that you are looking for a florist, photog,favors,dress, or any particular item(s). You will be surprised how many good leads you can get that way! The only 'suggested' vendor that we're using is Pro Line. Their prices are good and were right in line with what we had budgeted for photography. I wanted to use Body Rock for our DJ(they are fantastic), but they were a bit too high for us.

I was a bride at Fox Hollow and used some of the recommendations they gave us. Photo/Video - Sherwood Triart DJ - BodyRock Limo - Royalty Limos I didn`t think they were too expensive and they were great.

the only 'recommended' vendor we are using is Pedestals florist. To be honest, we didn`t even meet with any of their recommended photographers, bands, or much else. So many of our friends have gotten married on LI in the past few years that we went by personal recommendations mostly. We never even met with Sharon (the event coordinator at FH), but if you are completely unfamiliar with LI vendors, it may be helpful to do so. Good luck!

I won't be able to meet with the Planner as I won't be down to LI again until atleast mid-summer. I am trying to note what people say on here, although I know things have to be taken with a grain of salt. I have a good idea about how much things typically cost in the way of vendors of DJ, flowers, and limo...the only thing that seems expensive, and rightfully so, is the photography! Then again everyone's ideas of expensive are very different as well?! Thanks for the advice so far! Nancy
