Hii ladies, just wondering what exactly Fox Hollow supplies you with. Menus? escort cards? Table numbers? etc. If anyone has any pics of them too, it would even more helpful! thanks!
When I met with Bruce on Sunday he told me just menu cards. But who is your BM?
As far as I know, Fox Hollow will provide us with the menu cards.
I was at a wedding there last weekend. They provide menu cards with the options for entrees. They had small metal table numbers (I attached a picture of something similar), but since it was so low it was kind of hard to find at first. I will probably bring my own so I can include all courses on the menu and make the table numbers easier to read.
my BM is Dave. I booked like 2 years ago and I cant recall what was supplied for us. I'm almost certain that they do menus, place cards and table numbers but again, its been 2 years. Wasn't sure if things changed. I rather not have to look into those minuscule things because that just adds more to my to do list lol

They do supply all of those.. depending on the room youre in it could be the metal ones or it could be a black frame with the numbers inside. Also, the place cards have a fox hunt scene on them and are not very attractive so I would not suggest using those for your day especially if you have a specific color or theme. The menus are very plain and simple. In your final arrangments meeting, you can ask Jen to send you the menu so that you can make your own if you would like. HTH!
