Fox Hollow Brides: Mini Vienese

hey ladies, I am having a mini viennese, and I was wondering if any past brides have 'seen' the mini vienese at Fox hollow. On my contract it says, 'dessert trays on tables OR Mini Vienese'
Do they actually roll in a few tables full of desserts?i have no idea what to expect. help!

I think they call the dessert trays on the table 'min vienese,' meaning they are the same thing ... I could be wrong though ....

it was explained to me as a 3tiered tray with cookies, pastries and fresh fruit

Edit: one goes on each table
