Does anyone know where they put the guestbook, place card and cake tables? I'm in the WGP. Are they all circular, square? TIA

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
GIRLS!!I hope someone can help me- especially WGP girls.
I don't want to sit in the back of the room by the waterfall. I would like the sweetheart table to be in the front like the bride below. My concern is the mirrors behind us will make photos difficult. What do you girls think of doing an arch with crystals to hide the mirror and putting our table underneath the arch. CAn you see it?
ETA- there would be chiffon behind the crystals and they will not be tied.

I was thinking of doing the same set-up. I like how it looks on the picture. I think the arch might be a bit much for the room. How big were you thinking for the arch?

I got ready at the Inn but we were staying that night too so we did not have problems with checkout. They will however hold your bags if you need them to after you get ready.

I hadn't seen your response. You're right, that arch I showed was huge. Something like this could work instead. I'm going to to for it, I trust my florist....we'll find out soon if it works

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
The final bill question. So I am trying to determine my total bill and how the 20% gratuity works into play? I am also have my ceremony there. So are these calculations correct based on 100 people?Venue ($Xpp based on 100) = $X*100
Waitstaff Gratuity (20%) = $X(.2)
Venue Tax (8.625%) = $X(.08625)
Ceremony: $Y
Ceremony Gratuity (20%): $Y(.2)
Ceremony Tax (8.625%): $Y(.08625)
Is this right? Do they charge a separate tax and gratuity for the ceremony? TIA
