Did anyone who had/is having their wedding at Fox Hollow use another hotel for their hotel block?
I'm VERY happy we get a comped room the night of our wedding, and I like that they do a breakfast for guests in the morning. However, even with the 20% discount, it's still *very* expensive for some guests.
Just wondering if there are close locations in the vicinity!

On their website, they say the rates start at 275 and go up to almost 700. I understand they're all suites and a lot is included, etc etc, but for one night to pay 220? idk

Did you talk to Ray, he usually gives a good deal. We did a block with fox hollow and then we called to make a block with another hotel but it was only a $10 difference so we figured we would just keep the block at fox hollow instead. Plus people have said they like that it's right next door

We only spoke with Jennifer. Maybe as we get closer and need to finalize these details, we'll work out a deal. I'm just trying to put all this info together for when we travel to go see my FH's parents - let them know where they/their family can stay at the different price levels.

There are two hotels down the street from Fox Hollow that I heard were reasonable, not sure how much though. I should have some time tomorrow night to get the names of the hotels for you.

i am giving guests the option on where to stay my family is getting a room at the inn but we also blocked rooms at the holiday inn in plainview...its only 5mins away and they just redid all the rooms so there really nice...i think there 129 a night with the block

I blocked with the Inn at Fox Hollow, and the rate I have is lower than what you are thinking, and my wedding is only a few weeks before yours. Definitely talk to Ray, he will work with as much as he can. I am going to block at another the hotel, but probably will not be providing a shuttle, unless it is included with the block. Now that Fox Hollow Inn has a bar, I'm less worried about finding a second hotel that has a bar.

how much is it a night with ur block at the inn? i thnk i was told 189..is this the same?

Our hotel block is $169 a night, which is pretty great considering how nice the hotel is!

Check out Executive Inn at Woodbury. They are located about 5 minutes from Fox Hollow. They will also provide a complimentary shuttle and the rates are very reasonable.

thank you! I for sure want a place close by because our reception will be over so early, I'd like to keep it going at the Inn bar afterwards
