Re: fox hollow inn question

to my knowledge there is no 'bridal suite' per se. I believe all the rooms are the same, minus color scheme for the 'bridal suites'. I was told that they put rose petals and give champagne. not sure if it is standard though, HTH

she paid an extra 100 bucks? that doesnt seem right my parents just went there the other day before our final meeting and my mom came back and said 'there is no specific bridal suite'

I would definitely check that out. Plus a bunch of us brides got our wedding night included in our contracts

There were 2 different rooms types. They are both about the same size, the only difference is that one type has a full wall, separating the living room from the bedroom. My wedding was back in March and they were doing a lot of renovations. I checked on the inn's website and it seems like they have added some 'spa' and 'royal' suites. Maybe that was what was booked for you. BTW the service was excellent and my DH is still talking about the potatoes at breakfast.

They gave you a royal suite that is what i pay for mine, plus you only get a room during off peak or if it is a thursday or sunday wedding.

yeah i think what you're talking about is the Royal Suite...DH and I stayed in the Fox Hollow on our wedding night, but just in a regular suite...it was really nice!

We got a room for free and only because we are getting married in an 'off' season (Jan, Feb and March). I think the difference is that for the bridal they give you champagne and decorate with roses and stuff like that. I don't think there is any difference in the actual room itself.

We booked for a bridal suite, but I realized when I got there it was just an average suite, except it was the type with the full wall seperating the bedroom and the living room. In the hallway, we did walk past a door that said 'Royal Suite' on it though.

the royal suite are new like a year old or so, it has flat screen TV and is a little bigger with nicer stuff in it i was told, if you go to there website you can see what it looks like

I saw all the rooms when I was looking into booking, I dindt see any that said 'bridal suite' but the Royal suites were very nice and spacious, but they did not have a kitchen in them. That an the showerheads were the only difference I saw

Re: fox hollow inn question

I am not really concerned with what kind of room we get- be it a suite or a 'royal suite' mine was free so I can't complain. I am paying to stay there the night before. I think it is around the 220 or 240 area.
