Fox Hollow is really getting on my nerves

so I called wanting to speak to Frank Marino, my banquet manager... they told me he is no longer there! This happened last year and he came back... now he is gone again... I never call him, only when I have a pressing issue.
So I was transferred to Ron's voicemail
Who is Ron? I don't know him!

I am so very annoyed right now (and the woman who answer the phone was very rude too )

There's one woman (don't remember her name) that's ALWAYS rude when she picks up there.

As far as GM's...they're always changing, at all reception sites - guess it's part of the business. I never had a set GM that I dealt with but each one and anyone can answer any question you have.

They've always been responsive when I left a v.m.

Trying contacting Arthur V. He's been there for a long time, and seemed really nice.

As far as angry phone lady goes, there really is 1 nasty lady. Joan is a DOLL - but there's 1 lady who just hassss to be a snot.

Yes Joan is very nice. When FH was calling there back when we had to change our date and kept calling to see if anything had opened for certain days we wanted she was always very sweet and helpful.
