Would love to know the answer to this. There are 45 choices and we have to bring it down to 10! I can pick 5 that I KNOW I want, the rest is up for debate!

We have decided on...

Penne Vodka

Sirloin Steak for carving station

Moussaka

Seafood Fra Diavolo

Coquielle St. Jaques

I do love that we can choose any 10 random dishes instead of picking two dishes from five stations. I wouldn't want to be restricted!

We are also only doing the combination plate for dinner because we don't want to have to sit down to eat salad, dance, then sit down to eat a pasta. So we are choosing the combination one which is the Shrimp Imperiale Duet.
