I am making my own menus for the wedding, and I realized that for the salmon there is no description for what comes with it, like there is for all the other choices. Does anyone that's gotten married there or is getting married there have a menu they can share?

Have you tried emailing you BM? They should be able to tell you. I think I may have a sample menu from them at home, but I am at work - I can check later
