Fox Hollow Negotiating

Good morning ladies! My FI and I just started looking at RHs (Westbury Manor, Fox Hollow, Jericho Terrace, and Watermill tonight) and we are in loooovvveee with the Fox Hollow! ! I am just wondering if any of you have tried to negotiate the price pp down here and what your experiences were. Were there any techniques that worked? Backfired? The only extra we want is the vienesse hour. We were thinking maybe we can cut out some food for the CH and maybe offer fewer choices for dinner. Even if you negotiated and it wasn't at the Fox Hollow, your input would be appreciated! TIA girls!!

i found that the more you expressed intrest the more they would work with you! Most places with work with you when they know you are more serious!!

Like christina said, i think most places will work with u....it would help if you tell them what your original budget it and go from there. Ask them what is the best possible price you can do for me? I know Fox Hollow throws in a lot of extras...maybe you can say you don't need the 'seafood boat' for example or nix some other things from cocktail hour or desert...they prob will just lower the price a little bit and allow to keep most of the original things quoted!
