Fox Hollow Night Timeline

Hello ladies, I am desperate for your help!

I'm getting married at Fox Hollow and I have NO IDEA how to plan a timeline for the day since the ceremony isn't until 8pm.

My FH and I are doing first looks before the ceremony, too.

Does anyone have any insight on how to plan for getting ready, having the photographers capture us getting ready then first looks & family pics, ceremony and beyond?

I'm so lost!!

our ceremony is at 7:30 so we're doing getting ready pics/pics with my girl at 2 pm. then at 3 going to old westbury gardens to do pics of first reveal, bridal party etc 3:30-5 then doing family pics 5:30-6:30. 6:30-7 rehearsal for ceremony and then 7:30 ceremony :)

Thank you so much! I thought we needed to get ready around 2-3 but I kept second guessing myself, thinking I was being insane.

I'm having my Fox Hollow ceremony starting at 8pm (pre-ceremony apps and champagne at 7:30). My photographer wanted to do a big reveal so he could get some group pics during daylight, but I guess I'm in the minority....firm on having Tony see me first as I walk with my dad. So, wer're gonna have getting ready pics starting at 3pm at the hotel (me in our room for the night and my FH in a nearby room with his groomsmen). My hair will be done around 1pm or so. Makeup around 4-5pm and then off to the bridal suite in the reception hall to finish up getting ready with the girls at 6pm (wish we could just get ready there for the duration of the day, but thats one downside of getting married in a place that does more than one wedding at a time..).

Because the ceremony isn’t until 8 PM and the sun sets that day at 4:45, we will not have daylight shots together. I have one photographer coming at 3:30 to take very last minute getting ready photos, we are doing our reveal at the Fox Hollow hotel at around 5 PM, taking photos there, then heading over to the venue at 6 PM for more pictures until about 7 PM.
