Hoping to get an idea of the per person quotes for Fox Hollow. Can you please post what you were quoted for PP and the month of you wedding at fox hollow. hope this helps everyone....

I looked at the fox hollow for 2010 and the prices were the same!!! They had a great package and were very willing to work with me (come vendors shrugged me off at the sound of 2010) I didnt wind up booking them for personal taste but they were very helpful and prices were great!

They must hate this but it's SUPER helpful.
I was quoted $85pp for 9/6/09, the Sunday evening- Labor day weekend.
This kind of proves that the closer it is to the date, the better the pricing will be.

we had asked about a few dates. We were quoted for the Winter garden pavillion which was always $5-$10 more than the other rooms for the same dates. Our quotes were $65-$120 a head. We had asked about fridays and saturdays in march-may.

i got quoted $75pp sat night march 2010 briar fox $60pp sat afternoon march 2010 garden terrace $65pp fri night march 2010 briar fox
they threw in a free room @ the inn w/ the march dates as well.

i got 85 pp in july of 2010 but now that you guys are saying what you got quoted i am kind of pissed. i did not know at the time to bargain with them and just took the price that i was told. i probably cant do anything about it now but i am just mad

If it soothes the pain, I wish I had actual numbers to strengthen my case for a winter wedding. FH hates winter....but had he seen actual figures and realized our actual potential savings he might have been open to it.
A lesson for all Brides: be open to winter months, don't go with a 'firm date' in mind- be open to potentially cheaper options and wait until its within a year of your potential wedding in order to get the best pricing.
We live and learn.

I got a great price for a saturday night but that's just because it's winter, I did no haggling. I thought their prices were pretty much set, but then again I wouldn't have thought of haggling because the price was so reasonable.
