Fox Hollow Question

Hi. I am having my wedding at the Fox Hollow next summer in the Winter Garden Room.
My parents were just at a wedding there last weekend which was in the other larger room (I'm not sure of the name). They said the food and service were good, but 1/2 of the room was very,very hot and many of the guests were uncomfortable.
I am VERY concerned about this especially because the winter garden room has a high glass ceiling and I'm having an afternoon wedding.
Can anyone who has been there the summer give any input? Thanks.
