Fox Hollow Room Block

Does anyone know how many rooms you can block at their hotel? I am doing my block tonight and was curious.

I think we had a minimum of 6 rooms that had to be blocked out of the 10 we set aside.

I don't think there is any limit to how many you can block off, but just be forewarned that your guests have to book at least 60% of the rooms you block off. If 60% of your rooms aren't taken by guests, then you have to pay the difference. So, for instance, if you ask for 20 rooms, 12 need to be booked. If your guests only book 10, then you have to pay for the other 2 rooms....
Originally, I was going to ask for a block of 15. After hearing that, I made my contract for 10 rooms.

You can block up to 40 rooms. But you do have to guarantee 60% or else you have to pay for the unblocked portion.
