Did anyone have their reception or having their reception in the Winter Garden Room at the Fox Hollow? I am having about 185 people. Can someone tell me how many people they put at a table 10 or 12? Will they do a table of 8? The catering cooridinator has yet to call me back with an answer and I am trying to do my tables. Thanks soooooooooooooo much!

The Winter Garden Room fits a MAX of 150 people. I had tables of 10-12, 13 tables in total, 134 guests. I would not recm'd having more than that.

do you have the garden terrace room the bigger room because the winter garden pavillion room cannot fit that many people?
eta: they can fit as little as 8 people at a table and the most 14 people at a table with the oblong size tables. if they are the round tables i would say min 8 and max of 12 people.

This is a great question... i am having mine in the garden terrace and I don't want people to be too tight and uncomfortable...does anyone know what the max i should put on the large tables...in order to avoid my guests being squished????

The Garden Terrace can seat 10-12 comfortably per table. Most of my tables were 10 people. This is what the set up looked like
