Fox Hollow Tea Party......!

Hi Ladies,

Have the Fox Hollow Tea Party soon and was curious what exactly happens there? lol

I know they said their planners are free to use, but do they just speak to us about vendors, linens, etc?

They told me that they do them on Wednesdays, but I'm not sure if it is every week.

You have to call and make an appointment, but I am gong February 9th with my FMIL.

they just go over things they offer, prefered vendors of the hall and they give you a time line of things to do for the wedding and how to deal with the stress. They do the same thing at CB. HTH

It's a night, so they call it a tea party to be cute I think lol.

I went to a tea party over the summer and the girls helped. They talk about all the preferred vendors, and have some vendors there, you could win prizes there too!
oh and I wore a summer dress (casual) to the tea party.

You can totally wear jeans and a sweater since there is going to be snow on the ground!

It is really whatever you feel comfortable in! There is no set dress code.

(since it was the summer when I went I just put a summer dress on)
If I was going tomorrow night I would wear a nice top (i dont do sweaters-lol) and a pair of jeans, with boots.

You really dont have to get dressed up, wear whatever is comfortable/convenient.

You go into one of the halls and they have cocktail tables set up with some bakery items. They review their in house vendors, and the party planners services. It was a while ago, I cant remember what else they talked about. Then we went into another room and they raffled off prizes and vendors were set up at tables.

I am going tomorrow night for the tea party @ The Chateau...if the weather holds out!! I can't wait. I am getting married @ Fox Hollow and heard from sooo many people how much fun this event is what makes it even better is that it's just for us girls :)
I have no idea what to expect either...but was told by PWP that they give a goody bag full of valuable info.
Looking forward to it & meeting other brides!!!
