i know i have stressed about this before but i am still freaking out i know the max the room holds is 156 and i have way more than that on my list
how many are you inviting?? i know they say a certain %age wont come, but im still worried

But like you said, there's going to be a pretty big percentage of people who will RSVP no. Have you sent out invites already? Can the guest list be cut down if it would make you feel less worried?

we cut it down a little my estimate is really about 150 since several people are invited with guests that i know will come alone others i know won't come so im trying not to freak but im still nervous

Aw, don't freak! I can understand you're worried, but I'm sure it will work out fine..and it's kinda out of your hands now, unless you wanna call some people up and pressure them not to come!

after speaking to several people at the Fox Hollow about room max's.... I'm going to say that the max for that room is probably very close to the 156 they told you.only because of the shape of that room.
We couldnt use that room because our guest list is over 180 and they suggested the Briar Fox instead with the WGP as our cocktail hour room.
Call them in the morning just to check, Ron is great for stuff like this.

right, but my room max is like 165 depending on who i talk to and they all said they can put close to 180 in there
'comfortable' is a matter of perspective. you should call and see if you can look at the room when it's set up for your size wedding.

They say the percentage of people that respond yes is 85. That was in the new Brides magazine. 85% of 180 is 153.

thanks girls i was there on friday and the room was set for 156 it looked fine to me i understand that 12 at a table is a little tighter than 10; but i guess it is what it is at this point and i have to hope that 15% dont come LOL
