* FOX HOLLOW Winter Garden Pavillion Question

I know there's a thread, but I need this answered ASAP.

Does anyone know the maximum in the Winter Garden room? Our reception is in there. We're just now taking a look at our guest list -- we're at 170 for total invited (wer're thinking 20-30% nos) We have lots of OOT... Will we all fit?

I was nervous about this and I asked the girls on here. I was told 140 max... maybe 150

i remember someone on the thread saying that 140 fit good but definitely not more.

I was told by my BM 140 but according to the Fox Hollow webstie max is 150.

They actually told us 158 is the max. (13 tables of 12) we cut the invite list to 165... so I'm no longer worried we'll get anywhere near there. We have a LOT of OOT too.... so it's whatever, it just surprised me, since we thought we wouldn't make our 110 min.

I am about to put my deposit down for the fox hollow tonight. I can tell you that I told them I had 150-170 guests invited. They at first offered the winter garden room for cocktail and reception. Although the room was amazing I was concerned with the size and asked if they had a bigger room. They then showed me the colonial briar room which holds up to 175 people 'comfortably' thats what they told me..the room is pretty and will definately your guest and has a larger dance floor with a fireplace..I am having the cocktail hour at the winter garden followed by the reception at the colonial room...so thats an option. I hope I helped..
unfourtunatly the garden terrance is only for 200 guests and over...
