Try Century 21, Odd Jobs, Mace's and other closeout/dollar type stores. You'd be surprised at how nice some of them are.

I got pewter frames that are 2x4 for .99 at www.wholesalefavors.com. They have bigger frames as well and they have great prices. I was a little worried that they would look cheap, but they are actually really nice.

Target- they have a lot that are less than $5 depending what you are looking for.
