Francesco's Bakery Brides

I just picked up the tasting this weekend, and OMG: DELICIOUS!!

The red velvet cake and carrot cake are TO DIE FOR

Even though FH hates cake, of course he has an opinion and wants to have yellow cake
I guess he does have to eat ONE bite.

The problem is I can't decide on the filling! Everything was SO GOOD

What are you guys getting?

Love love love the red velvet cake!!!!!!!

We got the red velvet with the cream cheese filling and yellow cake with whipped cream.

FH loved the carrot cake, but I'm not a fan...

I *think* we did marble cake with vanilla custard and chocolate mousse... he put bananas between them. It was delicious!

People were saying they never eat the wedding cake but they ate ours!

We did the yellow cake with canoli and chocolate mouse filling with whipped cream frosting and swiss dots. We didnt wantto pay the upgrade for red velvet.

My shower cake from there was devil's food cake with hazelnut mousse, which was the best cake the in the universe.

Our wedding cake was an almond (as opposed to regular vanilla) cake with a raspberry filling with a little bit of custard....the almond/raspberry makes it rainbow cookie tasting. So good.

I love hazelnut but unfortunately I have cousins with nut allergies so no nuts at our wedding. I can't risk someone having a reaction. There are so many other choices so I am sure it will be delicious.

We originally picked Hazelnut with Yellow cake and Chocolate Mouse with Devils Cake....

We have decided to go with another baker just because with all the upgrades, the other baker was cheaper and got a 10% discount cause that's where I got my grooms cake from
