Any idea if Franklin Wayne will let you swap out the keyboard at cocktail hour (included in the price) for a credit towards something else? I'm probably going to need an additional hour (we plan on adding Vienesse) so I was hoping to credit it towards that since I've already booked a different string quartet for cocktail hour.

hmm i have no idea---but let me know what he says! i didnt even know music was included in the CH....is it for all contracts? i was so exciting book heart and soul i didnt even read the contract...SMART.

Yup, I'm using heart and soul!
I did not ask for cocktail hour music but in my contract they included the keyboard player at cocktail hour. Since my cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor, I've considered keeping the string quartet outdoors where must people will be and the keyboardist inside. But, I was just at a wedding at Land's End in August and NO ONE was inside. So I thought maybe put that money to use for my Viennese!

I am sure they will work with you...i just spk to them a couple of weeks ago...cause i wanted to add to my ceremony and ch...so they added a flute to my ceremony (keyboard was included) and a sax to the ch also with a keyboard...so they are very nice to work with...

i haven't added jill yet - i don't want to unless i see her at a showcase. i've been to two showcases so far and she was not at either one. any idea what's up wtih that?

no. haha i booked her without seeing her though...hopefully she'll show up at my wedding!!
i think she doesnt showcase bc she has a baby though....i want to go to another one of their showcases though....just to hear them again....do you???
