Franklin Wayne Music

Do Franklin Wayne's bands change names from time to time? On the showcase page, it says:

'Thursday, January 12, 2012 @ 8:00 PM
'ENTOURAGE' feat. RASHEEDA performs live!
Franklin Wayne Music
EKO Studios, 360-C Commack Road
Deer Park, NY 11729

ENTOURAGE-this fresh, fun, 8-piece band is one you won't want to miss, featuring Rasheeda formerly of Vision...'

I am booked with Vision for April 2013, and Rasheeda is written on my contract as the lead singer...I'm so confused...

Hmmm, that's strange. I also notice on their showcase page they have a few new band names. Not sure why? Although I'm almost positive that with most bands (and if I recall at one of Franklin Wayne's showcases they even said) the singers written into your contract are the singers that will play your event regardless.

I would definitely call them just to ease your mind but for some reason this statement sticks out to me. Otherwise what would be the point of listing the band members' names on the contract? I'm pretty sure they need to guarantee you those members play your event. After all, they're the ones you heard and the reason you booked them.

Definitely update us if you do call them. I'd be curious as to what they say.

Good luck (although I'm sure you'll be fine).
