Franks deals and Ribbon wand Q....

I went to franks going out of bussiness sale today and got some great deals.
Wedding bells- $4.99
Ribbon- 34cents for 10 yards
Silk rose petals- $4.99 for a big thing

Here is my question. Its a three parter... I bought 10 spools of ribbon in ivory and rose that are 10 yards each. I wanted hot pink too but they didn't have what I needed. Do you think two ribbons coming from the wand is enough Or should I have three strands (as in go find hot pink ribbon) ?

Part 2: I bought ivory ribbon becuase my dress is ivory and well... I am insane about no WHITE at my wedding.... I know that caps that someone used to attach to the wands are white, should I paint the wands white to match the caps or ivory to match the ribbon.

Part 3: I got bells in gold and white. One for the tables and one for the tops of the wands. Do I put the white at the table or on the wand? If I paint the wand white, with the white cap, and the white bell, the ivory ribbon might look strange. But They will only be used for like 5 seconds and who cares becuase the white bells on the table will clash with my dress.........
