wedding is in a week, I am beyond nervous.. I HATEEEEEEE being center of attention, esp with over 400+ attending... can you ladies please share what you did on the day of your wedding to make it as stress free and anxiety free as possible? and for those ladies who are not married, what will you be doing? pleaseeee share... I literally have knots in my stomach and want to vomittttttt thinking about this ALLL THE TIMEEEEEEEEEEEE. Superrrr super self conscious.... and I hateeeeeee knowing I am going to be feeling like that the day of... the most nerve wrecking moment for me is going to be: entrance with fh, and first dance, father/daughter dance.. I know everyone of my friends have told me 'dont worry about it' 'oh stop, it will be fine, what are you worried about?' yeah, easier said than done. I saw at cvs the other day, as I was picking up cold medicine 'stress tablets' lollllldo you think it will work? LOLLL

I will literally be taking a xanax that morning to chill the eff out.
Probably your M.D. will prescribe you a little bit if you explain the situation. Just a couple of pills.

I'm in the same boat as you! i hate being the center of attention and get embarrassed by it. and when i get embarrassed i cry!!! at my office xmas party they sang happy bday to me and brought out a cake and i cried!!!! i'm scared i'm going to cry the entire day! i was considering not doing video for this reason! i'm going to take some type of relaxer, probably adavan (sp?) to take the edge off and hopefully relax me. i'm gonna try it out before 2 make sure it doesn't make me dazed out or anything. i really thought i was the only one feeling like this! good luck and congratulations!!!

i puked about 3-4 times the morning of and then i got the shiitsssss
i forgot what shauna gave me for my tummy but thats all i took
to be honest champagne helped a lotttttttttttt

What is Rescue Remedy? Can you get in in CVS or Rite Aid? Or is it in a herbal store? Also can you drink with it? I am going to need something that day but dont want to take Xanax cause I want to have a few drinks

I feel the SAME way!! For me the worst is the walking down the aisle ... Im walking alone (no dad in the picture) and we wrote our own vows and Im so scared to read them in front of everyone.
I feel your pain sweetie! Im thinking I'll have a few drinks. Not to get drunk but I have to loosen up a bit .. Some people suggested Xanax because they know I have anxiety about everything but I dont want to forget anything of my wedding day. God forbid those types of pills make me black out or something ..

OMG that is soooooo gonna be me and FH
I plan on taking a huge shot of cognac. it helps me. I was really nervous being MOH to my bff at her wedding and I took a shot of cognac which mellowed me down A LOOOOOT. cant beat the alcoholic medicine (I hope )

im seriously taking a shot before church lol... fsil is usually alwayssss nervous and she kept saying how nervous shes gonna be but when it came down to it, shes was calm as a cucumber lol

Honestly I’m the SAME way… I absolutely hate being the center of attention and was sooo nervous for MONTHS before the wedding – so sure I was going to make myself sick from the nerves!
But the morning of the wedding I just felt completely calm – like super super exited but not nervous at all! The only time I got a little bit of butterflies was right before I walked into the church, but then as soon as I saw DH they went away.
You have to remember that everyone who’s going to be at your wedding is happy for you – they’re not people that are looking for you to mess up or do something wrong.
And if all else fails, Xanax does help.

if you take a low dose Rx for xanax, you CAN drink. i have a Rx for xanax bc i suffer from anxiety attacks sometimes. my Rx is 0.25 mg and i only take it as needed (like once a month on average). as long as you don't get wasted at your wedding, it is totally fine to take a low dose xanax. but definitely speak to your doctor about it first to ease your own mind. i love xanax bc for me it takes the edge off, doesn't make me tired or loopy, it just takes away my anxiety symptoms.
i will definitely be taking one the morning of my wedding bc i am soooo nervous about the ceremony. other than that i think i will be okay.

Ahh thank you ladiesssssssss.... but I think I will be going to the bathroom alot before I leave my house LOL... do you think immodium will help? LOL like not make me go to the bathroom.. I also dont think I will have time to go to the dr to get xanax I am thinking of speaking to my neighbor who is a psy dr LOL to help me w mediation techniques or something... Alcohol- I am afraid of having to constantly pee and it always makes me sleeeeeppppyy... maybe I will just take a shot like you wonderful ladies have suggested... Thank you

honestly..just stick to your normal routine. I was nervous coming out during ceremony, you can see it in the video but I got through it. I had mimosa beforehand. Don't take pills..seriously.YOU never know the after effect.
