freaking attitude- RING HELP

I just called my jeweler (who i'm giving a C- or a D in my review) to make an apt for tomorrow to have my ering dipped and cleaned...
I hit #205 for nicole, but someone else answers and when I ask 'hi, nicole?' i get a nasty attitude 'no... WHO IS THIS!?'

oh, I need to make an appt to have my ering dipped
hold o(couldn't even finish the oN before she put me on hold)
wait wait wait
nicoles busy, whats your number?
well my name is megan and my number is xxx-xxx-xxxx
she'll call you *CLICK*

and this just moved their rating even LOWER...

so anyone know of a decent jeweler who does dipping thats in the western suffolk area and is CHEAP.

i'm in bayshore/deer park/north babylon/commack... I need to drop it off on my errands tomorrow and then pick it up.

i wonder if ultra does it.

Re: freaking attitude

i wouldn't leave the e-ring while it's getting dipped ...it doesn't take that long - you should just wait. Don't risk someone stealing your diamond and switching it for a CZ! (sorry, i'm paranoid)

i've never gotten mine dipped, but i think there are places in roosavelt field mall that'll do it

Re: freaking attitude

Is this where you originally got the ring? My jewelry cleaned and dipped it for free when I went to get my wedding bands.

Re: freaking attitude

no, fh had my ring made and the jeweler isn't around anymore... so we had our wedding bands made at this place...

i'm thinking of maybe going to tricounty tomorrow.. anyone know how much they charge and how long it takes??

I got mine done at good old gold in Massapequa. They are fantastic there. I dropped my ring in the morning and they had it done by the afternoon. I would highly recommend them.
