Freaking Out

Okay...so school started I have all new curriculum, plus I teach a college class on Saturdays, plus I tutor SATs, plus I teach a prep class, plus my 8 year olds religion class. Did I mention I have 3 kids. As you have probably guessed I have done NOTHING wedding related since September. I have RH, photo, flowers, DJ and officiant. That is it!! How far behind am I. I feel like I have no time/energy to deal with this. Which, by the way is exactly why I wanted destination wedding. What do I NEED to do?

TIA

F@##$%^&&***** All that? I found dress just didn't order yet. I just lost 20 pounds and want to see if I can do another 15 first. They said I would be okay until end of Nov.

Re: Freaking Out

Awww thanks Mary. I teach HS math. I have 13 and 8 year old boys and an 11 year old daughter. I should be going to the grocery now but I am too wiped to get off the couch, let alone even think about invitations.

Wow, I remember going through that age with my kids!!!!!!!! And you teach too?? Girl, no wonder, you're devoid of energy!!!!!!!!! Does FH help? Mary MOB

Yes, my kids (both work and home) love to roll their eyes at me! They're all a lot of fun, though and I just repeat to myself, 'this, too, shall pass.' Haha. My respect to your daughter, it's hard to understand just how difficult it is to do this by yourself. Luckily my ex and his wife see the kids often and help pick up the slack. I hope your daughter gets the support she needs.

Well, Donna's boyfriend, and hopefully, FH, in her mind, and it's been three yrs. almost, and where's the proposal, already, helps where he can, like putting whites and colors together in the wash, did I say that? I could be wrong about that!!
No really, he's a good guy. But he drives cement truck, and works crazy hours, but I love him for the support he gives Donna, and our Grandson!! He tries to make it to Shaun's baseball games, and I really love the way he deals with discilpine issues regarding Shaun. I think it's really important for parents to agree on things, so the kiddo doesn't play divide and conquer; Recently, Shaun had not done his homework, before baseball practice, so, Donna and Josh agreed that the next practice, Shaun would be sitting out. Josh, assertively, yet
kindly, explained why homework was more important. He'd make a good Dad; I help whenever Donna needs me; Mary MOB
