That's the part that's freaking me out the most.
I ordered in November and they told me 6 months. Then I call at the beginning of June and they tell me that they have a ship date of June 10th. At the end of the June I went in there with my mom bc her dress came in. They told me that it would def be in before the second week of July. It is the end of August and they can't seem to give me a straight answer. I even told them that I didn't want a fitting anytime soon and that I just want the piece of mind knowing that it is there. They just keep lying to me. What I suspect is that it shipped on June 10th (how else would they be able to give me that date if it didn't) and it was either the wrong dress or the wrong size or something. I have no idea what to do!!!

i would call them back (or go there in person if u can) and tell them that they have been giving u a million and one dates etc...and that u would them to explain the situation.

i mean it could just take long. i know when i went to the pob store for these specific bm dresses with my friend...they told her theyre supposed to come in during a certain time but they have all been delayed and come in around 4-5 months.

that s*cks to be given the runaround, but to honest they probably know just as much as they're telling you. It all depends on who is making your dress, the bridal shop cant control what they do. So even though they might tell them they want the dress to be in by a certain time, if the place they ordered it from is behind schedule theres nothing they can do about it.

My bm dresses were late, i called them everyday and i felt bad for the manager actually bc she was going through so much with the manufacturer. There was a problem that occured at the manufacturer and all dresses were delayed. The manager was calling this place everyday and everyday she had a list of brides she had to call to update with any info they get. SInce i was calling everyday she would tell me about whats going on and how much its driving her crazy. She said she has to call them and stay on top of them and urge them for certain clients to get their dresses ASAP bc their weddings were coming up.

The finally did arrive but about 2-3 weeks before the wedding.

I know its frustrating but they might not be lying to you. If anything ask to speak to a manager and say if they can call the place that is making your dress to find out why you havent received it and you want for the manager to call you back to know why you were told june 10th and why they havent shipped the dress to the bridal shop yet.

My mother just actually called them today and was like W T F? Magically no managers were in the store today...

I hear you... it could definitely take this long. I would just prefer to be told that it won't be in until September, rather than getting the run around. The thing I don't understand is that they voluntarily called me to give me a ship date of June 10th. It just isn't adding up.

um, yes. My wedding is in 33 days and I have no dress yet. It should be fine. The only thing is that you should keep calling until they tell you when it should be in. I guess I will be going for my fittings at the last minute.

You know I was on the same boat as you. Mine just arrived last week. This was seriously freaking me out also, just give it a little more time and try to concentrate on the other things you need to do maybe it can distract you a bit from the dress.

Mine just came in and going for a fitting right away. They totally gave me the run around. Did you ask them when the dress would be shipping from the manufacturer?

First they told me it would ship on June 10th, then July, now August 15th.

I'm not freaking out yet, but it's suposed to be in this week so... ask me next week I was told it was shipped last week.

I really hope they DID ship yours and you get it soon. The runaround *****
