Freaking out!

Ok 2011'ers.. I posted a similiar message in bride's helping brides but figured I'd post here too because I'm going to lose it!

I have to make a decision TODAY... I have a friday in October on hold at Lombardi's on the Sound and friday in November held at Giorgio's. Both quoted me the same price. I absolutely love both for different reasons.

I love the food/CH/View at lombardi's but I think the ballroom is on the small side for 150 people. Also, I can't use duet bc they're booked that day and I really had my heart set on using them.

Giorgio's, has a smaller selection when it comes to food but the ballroom is huge and beautiful. I don't really LOVE the CH room and I didn't really get to see where the ceremony would be bc there was a wedding going on there at the time and George Jr. didn't want to have us walk in on it.

HELP! They both want to know today.

I've only seen Giorgio's in pictures. But from what I've seen, it looks GORGEOUS. I think there are quite a few Giorgio's brides on this forum who have pictures. If you search for Soon2bmrsjoebear, she has pictures of Giorgio's on her profile.

As far as LOTS, I went there and I agree, the ballroom seems wayyy too small for 150 people.

ITA, I have seen nothing but goregous pictures from Giorgios so that is my vote and remember people will only be in the cocktail hour for 1 hour so the ballroom really matters!!

agree....and what date do you really want....i really wanted october but they quoted me lower for nov so thats how my date was picked.....for example if you want to maybe have warmer weather then you may want to go w/ october RH...

150 is tight at lombardis. We went nye ane you couldnt move. You had to squeeze by everyone at the tables. Yes the food was superb but ive heard nothing but rave reviews of giorgios.

If youre def looking at 150 id go w giorgios. Less lombardis
