I still don't have a makeup/hair person/people booked yet.. have a hair trial in two weeks... and most makeup people won't travel out east for just myself (don't know if girls in my party can afford to get hair/makeup)... and the local places charge around 100 for just the trial alone!! Any suggestions???

Did you try Jackie of IMakeUpYou. I think she is in Babylon. I used her and she was wonderful.
I'm not sure how far she will travel but my hair/make-up person's name is Bessie. Her # is 718-707-1089. There was a recent posting for makeup artists recently with more suggestions. You may want to search for it.
I will be getting ready in Southampton...I spoke to Jackie but without a bunch of girls it's not worth the trip for her...
