So my wedding is 5 days away and my DJ still has not sent in his insurance information to our RH yet, and i have gotten numerous calls from the RH telling me that if he does not send it in he will not be allowed to do my wedding.
What am i supposed to do.. FH and I have called him numerous times over the past week and we still have gotten NO response....
this is added stress that i REALLY dont want to worry about less than a week befrore the wedding... FH is FUMING and i am trying to keep my cool because i believe he will get back to us but at the same time i am really starting to get p*ssed off!
How difficult is it to just fax in your insurance information OR return a phone call....
I dont know what to do at this point.....

Does he work for a company where maybe they can send it on his behalf?
Or is it more like he dosen;t have insurance?

Is it possible this company does not have insurance and that is why they are not returning phone calls??? I hope this gets straighten out soon so you can have a relaxing next 5 days!!

We had our final meeting last week and all went well... we asked him to send in his insurance information then and he told us not to worry about it....
Then on Sat. we got the call from chateau ( about 5 days after we asked him to send it in) that they had still not recieved it....
Fh called him like 100 x leaving him numerous messages. Ive called him numerous times leaving messages AND i emailed him....
Fh and I are thinking about just stopping by there tonight before we do our drop off at the RH because i really just dont want to be blindsighted on my wedding day and have NO Dj.....

This is what I would do, and now you have me thinking all my final meetings I will grab a copy of the insurance & bring it myself!

He's not always at that place though. I wish I had known before myt wedding, I would have seriously mentioned it to him.
I have to tell you,. he was GREAT, so I'm really amazed by this.

I would personally go down there and talk to your dj in person. That is ridiculous that they have not done this yet. Good luck let us know how it goes.. Best of luck can't believe ur wedding is 5 days away!!
