I used the one on the back of the program paper I got at AC Moore.. I can't remember the website though......... sorry!!!

I beieve uprint.com has templates.
I just set my page up to the size i wanted. I took a normal page and folded it in half and just set up each page accordingly and then printed each side

I'm afraid of these projects as well. I've done a little research but haven't started yet.
