My invite says 6pm, my ceremony is at 6:30. We are doing a first look.
My photographer will be with me all day long (family friend)
What time should I have the videographer there?
What time should we do the first look?
What time should we start the photos?
I need serious help, I thought i had everything planned out but then I realized I only have Capture the Moment from 4:30-10:30. She said I can have her more hours for $100 per hour, which I am fine with. I am willing to do at least 3 more hours.
Help!!

Freaking Out -- need Itinerary help!
If this helps, this is the timeline my photographer gave me - Ceremony is at 7, we're doing a first look. So just push all my times back about a half hour/hour to be on your timeline. Photographer and video will be there around 4. So we have about 2.5 hours to do reveal and family/bridal party pics before ceremony. And (fingers crossed) that should be enough time to get it all done so we can go to cocktail hour.

My ceremony is at 5:00, but we're doing a first look too this should give an idea of how much time you need:
Our photographers are starting towards the end of “getting ready” (at 12:30).
We are doing our first look & group photos starting at 2:00. Photos will be at a separate location than the ceremony so if you’re doing it all at one place you might not need that much time.
