Freaking UPS....(Vent)

I am just pi$$ed offfff. I get all my great packages in the mail that I order a month agao. I open it up and my entire unity candle set is broken. What the hell do they do with this stuff. The box says fragile all over it, what more could they want. Thank God my toasting flutes, and carving set made it.

Call the person you got it from b/c they are insured and have them send you a new one - call UPS too and tell them...
The person you buy it from will get paid...
It just happened to me UPS was supposed to deliver to my customer and it never showed up so they sent me a check for the amount...
That's why they have the insurance...

Yeah I would just call them and complain...I think it's 1-800- pick-ups
Give them the tracking number and tell them that you are close in time & see if they do anything for you - you never know

I sent a package last month to a customer and they left it on near her garbage and guess what - her husband threw it away...
I had to remake all the items and resend
