If you go to Oprah.com you can get 2 pieces of grilled chicken, 2 sides and a biscut from KFC.

Yuppers, lol. Im not a fan of KFC but some people in my office had it today and said the grilled chicken wasnt bad at all.
FYI- I checked the nutrition facts, lol and each breast would be 4 points on WW so not to bad.

omg i dont like kfc either but i keep seeing the commercials for the grilled chicken and it looks sooo good!

The grilled chicken is fantastic at kfc I had it last week.
