Does anyone know the name of the website that lets you get your credit report once a year for free from all 3 companies? Thanks!

Here you go: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp. New York's free period is around September.

You can google it. They don't give you your FICO score though. You can only see the accounts.

Step away from the freecreditreport.com. It's a total scam, and not free.
The first link that got posted is correct - you can get a free set once per every 365 in NYS.

if I put my married name will it find everything from before my name changed? For example, I remember the last time I ordered my report random things from like 10 years ago showed up...old bank accounts, etc..just wondering b/c I obviously did not change my name on closed accounts...

and now for another..
where is the best place fo rme to order my credit score and what should I expect to pay? Is this the same as a FICA score? Will it be different depending on which of the three biggies I go through?

We didn't care about the number, because I had just been approved for a large loan and told I had stellar credit. My report has no negatives on it.
Maybe you should pay for it during the process of getting the free ones. I think it's 10 dollars or something? Do it now, before your reports expire on their site - I think it's 30 days.
Unless you have bad things on your report, the number doesn't matter all that much. It's what is on the report that's important.
BeautyQ, google is your friend If you cancel the so-called 'free trial' now, you might be ok.
