FRENCH ONION SOUP!! YUMMY
Okay for you girls who like French onion soup this is soo easy & Good ..
First ..
Slice up large onions 2 1/2 to 3
Then you put it in a large pot with Butter like a 1/2 stick Let them cook on Low
add more butter as needed I used a whole stick ..
( 5 min )
sprinkle a little all purpose flower like two table spoons
(3 min)
Then add Two Large cans of beef Broth.
Add seasoning.. I added salt pepper & Garlic powder.
Then let that cook on med. Heat. (15 Min )
Next Pre heat oven at 350 Broil. Get French bread and toast it a little in the oven. ( not long it toast fast )
( 1 min)
Then Get pre cut mozzarella I also added the pre cut mixed 6 Italian cheeses
taste the soup then put it in a deep bowl that can be put in the oven .
Put soup in Bowl - cut the toast into pieces and place in in the soup it floats then sprinkle the cheese put in oven until melted then Serve =)
