its less than 10k!!! check out princess cruises & regent cruises! i just checked out the regent cruise- for 08 in june they only have cruises a week after my wedding for 10 days!

There's the princess cruise lines. Two ships Tahitian Princess and the Pacific Princess. I beleive the pacific princess also goes to hawaii but that also just depends on the itinerary.

I think the Regent Seven Seas Paul Gauguin ship looks really nice. It's a much smaller ship holding about half of what the Princess holds and according to the online reviews is more luxurious = more expensive.

I'm thinking of a cruise myself but I'd really like to do the Paul Gauguin.

Tahitian PRincess and Regen Paul Gaugin are the 2 cruise lines to sail the south pacific.

But keep in mind u still have to fly to tahiti wich is expensive. i think its 1500-2000 each person

And also on teh cruise u dont get teh island experience of staying in the bungalows.

Also the cruises will have ALOT of OLDER people on them especially Regent. FH's grandparents were on the paul gaguin.

The average age is probably 60 and up, it doesnt bother me, but alot of people might not like that.

Where as on the islands you will find more honeymooners. FH's parents went to tahiti last year and they were surrouned by honeymooners
