Anyone in NYC use Fresh Direct? We just started using them and we love it! I love the kids meals...I bring them for lunch.
Question, how are their prepared meals?

We use them, although they tend to screw up the orders A LOT. I would say 5 out of 6 times we get someone else's order, something is missing, etc.
Haven't tried their prepared meals...
Good luck - hopefully you have better luck than we do with them. We would switch to another company, but unfortunately they are the ONLY company that does what they do

I use them, there does tend to be something missing every once in awhile - but they are always super nice about crediting your account. I ordered a few of their prepared foods once, I thought it was ok, but not good enough to order again.

I'm so annoyed. peapod will go to FH's place, but we STILL can;t get either here at my place. grrrrrr
