Fresh Face Forward - Misleading Trial Reservations

Way back in November I contacted Fresh Face Forward for a trial as recommended by my DOC. My wedding is in Sept - however I knew that people book early so I thought to do the same.

Fresh Face Forward told me they weren't taking trials for September weddings until March and to contact them again in March.

In the beginning of this month, I thought I would inquire again and confirm that I should wait until March to book a trial.

WELLL it turns out they started taking trials and someone now has a trial for my date and they won't take me....it's complete crap. I have no problem going elsewhere, but it's rude to start booking and not let others know when they inquired earlier..especially on recommendation from another vendor.

So ladies..if you were told to try again another time, it looks like they are taking trials now for weddings in September and November - so definitely contact them now.

thats seems odd that they wouldt accomadate you ... it would be easy for them to just move the trial and take you since you are doing bridal that day.. they would be making more money

I think she means they have a trial booked for a bride getting married on her day. Not a trial booked on the wedding day.

Exactly! The trial was booked for another bride that has my same wedding day

Oh no.. so sorry this happened to you. I know they recently got busy and had a lot of business they didn't expect. Guess they lost track.

This is a big reason why I didnt go with them. Everytime I called them to try and make a trail they told me different times everytime. It was annoying

Yeah...I spoke to the lady there and she acknowledged that her process isn't working as well as she thought and will be changing it. She was extremely apologetic...

I'm glad she realizes and is willing to try..but c'mon now!
